FWS (Fachvereinigung Wärmepumpen Schweiz) / GSP (Groupement professionnel suisse pour les pompes à chaleur) aimed to increase awareness and understanding of the PAC-SM label, positioning it as the leading certification for sustainable heat pump installations. The challenge was to communicate the label's environmental and economic benefits to a younger audience in a way that was both engaging and informative. They needed high-quality multilingual video content (French, German, and Italian) that could clearly convey these messages across various platforms while maintaining consistent branding.

Challenge

To achieve this, we developed a strategic video campaign focused on storytelling and strong visual branding. Key aspects of our approach included:

  • Collaborative Strategy Development: Working closely with the FWS team to refine the concept and storyboard for maximum impact.

  • Multi-Language Production: Ensuring content accessibility and reach by producing videos in French, German, and Italian to effectively target different regions in Switzerland.

  • Visual Storytelling: Crafting concise, engaging 90-second videos that highlight the efficiency, cost savings, and environmental benefits of PAC-SM-certified heat pumps.

  • High-Quality Production: Utilizing a professional team to capture compelling visuals that resonate with the target audience.

  • Content Distribution Strategy: Advising on how to maximize visibility across social media, websites, and paid campaigns.

Approach

Since the campaign launch in September 2024, three videos have been successfully produced, with seven more planned throughout the year. Key achievements include:

  • A significant increase in engagement across FWS's digital platforms.

  • Positive feedback from stakeholders and partners, highlighting the campaign’s clarity and effectiveness.

  • A consistent and professional brand image that effectively communicates the PAC-SM message to a broader audience.
